Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program
The entrepreneur stream under the OINP is for entrepreneurs from outside of Canada interested in starting a new business or buying an existing business in Ontario.

Express entry to Canada for skilled and qualified immigrants. Point-based assessment on age, skills, education, language and work experience. Successful candidates will be invited to apply for permanent residency.

The applicant and their family can obtain a green cards under the EB-5 category by investing USD$900,000 into a project (i.e. a business or real estate development project) that is managed or affiliated with a government authorized Regional Center.

E-2 Treaty Visa
For nationals of countries with an investor treaty with the U.S. The applicant must be entering the United States to work for a U.S. business supported by a substantial capital investment from citizens of, or a company in, the treaty country in question. The investment must be large enough to establish and operate an enterprise of the type in which the company is investing. The business can be owned by the applicant or the applicant can be an essential employee of the business. Renewable indefinitely but not a route to permanent residency (Green Card)

What are the assessment categories for investment migration?
In general there are five areas of assessment when you begin your application to migrate to North America, whether it's the U.S. or Canada
Candidates can be 21 to 59 years of age
Language testing is mandatory in both countries for migrants
Depending on the program you apply under, unencumbered net business and personal assets that could readily be transferred to the destination country will be assessed.
